Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing psychotherapy via Telehealth for Washington state. My formation predominantly draws upon the Allender Center, Theology of the Body Institute and the JPII Healing Institute.

In session, I utilize Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Lifespan Integration and operate within a Psychodynamic framework underscoring my belief that we are made for, broken by and healed through relationship. Apart from being a therapist, I am a wife, mom to one on earth and four in heaven and enjoy backpacking and hiking.
