Group Story Work
We are created by, wounded through and healed within the context of relationship. By engaging your story alongside others, you will learn about your relational patterns, gain insight into belief systems, patterns and be able to move towards freedom through others witness of your stories.
Sara has helped clients:
- courageously heal unspoken childhood sexual trauma and the impacts it has had on ones self view and relationships
-boost confidence in asserting and setting work related boundaries in order to make career decisions based on their values
-reduced self criticism and people pleasing tendencies to show up authentically with friends, family and coworkers
-overcome wounds from past dating relationships and engage fears surrounding marriage
-navigate pregnancy, postpartum and parenting overwhelm and anxiety as well as the impact that raising children has on a marriage
-reduce intensity of compulsions and engage the sacraments from a place of freedom rather than fear
